How to service the upper ball joint on 2000 Chevrolet Suburban 1500?

Raise vehicle on stands, remove wheel, tire and upper control arm, then press out the upper ball joint. Align new joint's flats/notches exactly as original and press it in. Reinstall control arm, wheel and tire, lower vehicle, remove stands, and check wheel alignment per RWD/4WD specs.
