How to replace the front side door window front channel and rear window channel on 2000 Chevrolet Metro?

You must first remove the front door window to replace the channels on the front and rear of the door window. Take the front radio speaker along with its bracket assembly out next. Unwind the front door water deflector to reach and remove the screws holding both the front Window Channel and doors. Push out the old door window Weather Strip on the front Window Channel to release it. After that disconnect the front Window Channel from the door by unscrewing its two screws. Fit the front Window Channel to the front door by using two screws to secure it. Reconnect the Weather Strip to the Window Channel of the front door and put back the front radio speaker plus bracket. Reinstall the front door window as the final step.
