How to replace the blower motor resistor on 2000 Chevrolet Metro?

In order to change the blower motor resistor, firstly, the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) should be removed. The blower-motor resistor has an electrical connector which is disconnected, followed by removal of the resistor out of the blower case. Install the new resistor, fasten it, reconnect the electrical connector and last but not least install PCM again.
