How to replace the blower control switches on 2000 Chevrolet Metro?

In order to replace the blower switch, take out the center console trim bezel and the radio. Remove the unit knobs of the heater control, the lower cover screw and cover. Unconnect the control cables and take away the heater control unit. Install the unit again and reconnect all parts ensuring they are in place.
