How to replace the left rear door striker on 2000 Chevrolet K3500?

In order to change the striker of the left rear door, take off the trim panel, water deflector and access hole cover. Mark striker bolt spacer on door pillar. The striker bolt can be removed using the J 29843-9 TORX(R) Bit. Install new striker bolt and spacer, cover and trim panel.
