How to replace the Heater Core on 2000 Cadillac Eldorado?

In order to change the heater core, first unplug the negative battery and empty the coolant. Take out the instrument panel compartment, the sound insulator and heater programmer. Disassemble the air mix actuators, and take off the heater core cover and hoses. Install new heater core, reconnect components and fill the cooling system.
