How to replace the rear Seat Heater Switch on 2000 Cadillac DeVille?

In order to install a replacement of rear seat heater switch, a flat tool needs to be put under the door switch plate to unlock the retainer clip. Take out the switch plate and unconnect the electrical connectors. Press the tabs to take out the old heated seat switch and install the new switch and reconnect.
