Carefully remove the trim panel and switches and tape the glass up or carefully pry up to eliminate possible sudden drops. Stripple the shield, disconnect the connector and remove the bolts holding the regulator and Window Motor. Be sure to position the new Window Motor on the regulator and screw tightly then carefully refit the solid part back into the door. Install bolts, connect the plug, test travel, reinstall shield and trim and again reconnect battery so as to be on the safe side.
