How to service the A/C Switch in the heat-only control assembly on GMC Yukon XL 1500?

Warms up will remove the instrument panel (IP) bezel and the radio in order to service the heat-only control assembly. Then, press and hold the retaining tabs while you can slide the HVAC control assembly, then unplug the temperature and mode cables, as well as the electrical connection from the back of the assembly before also removing it. To install, connect the electric connection and also the temperature and mode cables to the HVAC control assembly and install the assembly on the IP carrier until an audible snap is heard. Finally install back the radio and the IP bezel.

How to replace the rear auxiliary A/C Switch on GMC Yukon XL 1500?

To replace the A/C Switch for the rear auxiliary, firstly, distance the front of the console from the headliner. Then take the switch and push it rearward and pull it down to see the retaining tabs. Pull off the A/C Switch by pressing down the tabs at the rear and pulling out from the rear. Disconnect the electrical connector. For installation, plug in connecting the electrical connector and re-installing the A/C Switch in the console. After that, reinstall the console to the headliner and calibrate the a/c module actuators.
