How to Replace Knock Sensor 2 on GMC Yukon?

To replace Knock Sensor 2 start by removing the right front wheelhouse liner when there is 4WD in the vehicle. Then remove the right front wheel and tire. Remove plug connecting the engine wiring harness of the knock sensor from the wheel well opening. Remove the knock sensor bolt (739) and knock sensor (718). For installation of the knock sensor (718), place it on top of the engine block. Tighten it to the knock sensor bolt by using a torque of 25 Nm (18 lb ft). Reconnect the engine wiring harness electrical connector back to the knock sensor; then, reinstall the right front wheel and tire. Last, if you were removed, recheck the right front wheelhouse liner.
