Install the coolant Thermostat along with a new gasket or o ring before placing the Thermostat Housing onto the lower Intake Manifold positioning the gasket or o ring correctly. Secure the Thermostat Housing mounting bolts at 19 nm of torque (14 ft. Lbs. Torque). Install the throttle body bracket and complete the cooling system with correct coolant before you install the air outlet duct. After engine startup check for leaks in all sealing areas.
