How to replace the Fog Light Bulb on GMC Canyon?

Turn off the fog lamp switch before disconnecting electrical connectors to access the replacement of the fog lamp bulb. The bulb socket becomes loose after you rotate it in a counterclockwise direction out of the fog lamp housing. You can now detach the socket containing the bulb. The new bulb insertion starts with placing it into the socket while taking care to position its tab slots correctly against the fog lamp housing openings. Position the socket inside the fog lamp housing and rotate it clockwise until the socket reaches its complete installation position.

How to replace the front fog light bulb (Old Style) on GMC Sierra 1500?

To change the front fog lamp bulb (Old Style), first, disconnect the electrical connector ensuring one has followed the halogen bulb caution in the service precautions. Then rotate the bulb to the counterclockwise and remove it from the fog lamp assembly. To install, place the new replacement bulb inside the fog lamp assembly and twist it clockwise until it is fastened before plugging in the electrical connector.
