First lift the Wiper Arm from the park ramp without letting it hit the liftgate when you replace the rear window Wiper Blade on the envoy. Pull down on the Wiper Arm blade to free it from inside the Wiper Arm radius as you push the locking tab. Slide the Wiper Arm out from its position through the Wiper Blade opening. After applying the new Wiper Blade into its opening, push the wiper hook through the Wiper Blade and position that blade over the inner radius of the wiper hook. Press down first then pull up through the hook to let the locking tab reach its slot on the park ramp. Slowly put the Wiper Arm back inside.
