How to replace the quarter power window switch on GMC Envoy?

Starting with overhead console removal the electrical connector needs to be detached from the quarter window switch. The first step is to unfasten the clips holding the quarter window switch onto the overhead console before taking out the switch. Replace the quarter window switch by inserting it fully into the overhead console while verifying the retaining tabs marry up and finally connect the electrical connector to the switch before installing the console.
