The rear axle seal and bearing removal requires the combination of rear axle seal and bearing remover (J44685) and slide hammer (J2619-01). These tools extract the seal and bearing from the housing. The bearing installer (J23690) along with the universal driver handle (J8092) should be used to drive the Axle Shaft bearing into the housing until the tool meets the tube. Install the Axle Shaft seal using the axle pinion oil seal installer (J21128) until it reaches the tube surface.
