  Before replacing the washer solvent container disconnect both the windshield and rear window washer electrical connections. Unfasten the 3 bolts that secure the washer solvent container then let the washing solvent drain into a special container while holding the system. Separate the hose from the windshield Washer Pump along with the mounting bracket at the washer solvent container side and disconnect the rear window washer nozzle hose from its pump and the retention bracket on the container side when equipped. Pull out both the windshield and rear window washer pumps from the washer solvent reservoir when the system is equipped. Connect the windshield Washer Pump to its washer solvent container location and also attach the rear window Washer Pump if your vehicle has this feature. Place the windshield washer nozzle hose back on to its position at the windshield Washer Pump and then the retainer on the washer solvent container side. Also join the rear window washer nozzle hose to its pump and retainer location at the washer solvent container. Fit the washer solvent container to the vehicle using 3 bolts then tighten them to 13 n.m (115 lb in). Join the Washer Pump electrical connections to if the vehicle has this feature and add washer solvent into the washer solvent container when needed.

  First disconnect both outlets that connect windshield washer circuitry to begin servicing windshield washer fluid reservoir. Take off the 3 bolts that hold the washer solvent container and empty its liquid solution into a clean drain container. Remove the windshield washing nozzle hose from both the windshield Washer Pump and washer solvent container attachment. Also remove the rear window washing nozzle hose from the rear window Washer Pump and the container retainer if equipped. Take off both washer pumps (window washer and rear) from the washer solvent container. Fit the windshield Washer Pump to the washer solvent container and (if available) the rear window Washer Pump. Put in place the windshield washer nozzle hose at its fixture to the windshield Washer Pump while connecting it to the washer solvent container retainer. The rear window washer nozzle hose needs to attach to its pump then hook to the solvent container retainer on the side through its fixture. Mount the washer solvent container to the vehicle with 3 bolts fastened to 13 n.m (115 lb in). Connect both windshield Washer Pump and rear window Washer Pump electrical connectors when finished and add enough washer solvent to the container if needed.
