How to replace the Blend Door Actuator on Chevrolet Silverado 3500 Classic?

To replace the air temperature actuator, firstly, the IP insulator is removed, and then the electrical connector is disconnected from the air temperature actuator. Then unbolt the air temperature actuator retaining screws and remove the actuator itself. For installation, first, install new air temperature actuator in position and tighten the retaining screws. Screw to 1.6 N.m (14 lb in). Then, reconnect the electrical connector to the air temperature actuator and at last place the IP insulator.
