How to replace the cruise control module mounted to the left strut tower on Chevrolet Impala?

Before replacing the cruise control module attached to the left strut tower, make sure to cut off the cable, take out the electrical connector, and remove the nuts fastening the module to the strut tower. Secure the new module onto the shock tower studs and tighten the mounting nuts to 2 N.m (18 lb in) like the Fastener Notice says. Following that, you should connect the electrical connector and put the cruise control cable onto the module. Make sure you don't need to manually change the cruise control cable after switching it out, because the module does it automatically.
