How to replace the engine crossover coolant pipe for LZE-3.5L Flex Fuel, LZ4-3.5L Gas, and LZ8-3.9L Flex Fuel engines on Chevrolet Impala?

To take out the engine coolant crossover pipe for lze-3.5l flex fuel, lz4-3.5l gas, and lz8-3.9l flex fuel engines, one must remove the intake manifold cover, the generator, the drive belt idler pulleys, the Power Steering Pump. Move the coolant recovery reservoir hose clamp to the fill tube fitting, and remove the coolant recovery reservoir hose, positioning it out of sight. Next, relocate the radiator inlet hose clamp on the crossover pipe and remove the radiator inlet hose, whereas relocate the cliam on the thermal bypass hose and remove the thermal bypass hose. Take out the coolant crossover pipe (2, 3, 4) bolts and remove the coolant crossover pipe. For installation, align with the new coolant crossover pipe to the cylinder heads, while making sure that the bolts are tightened to 50 nm (37 lb ft). Reinstall the thermal bypass hose clutch, the radiator inlet hose and the associated clamp. The coolant recovery reservoir hose and its clamp need to be reattached, as well as the Power Steering Pump, drive belt idler pulleys, the generator, and the last to fuel intake manifold cover.
