Perform a vacuum tests and code I/O to find the leaks. Failure of the position 1 ho2s: use the f-code tool to update the wthst and update the hsa code. If reinstalling the old ho2s make sure to coat the threads with anti-seize compound gm p/n 12377953 for an equivalent, because a special anti-seize compound that consists of liquid graphite and glass bead is used on the ho2s threads to make removal easier.
