  The HVAC system requires the A/C system's refrigerant to be recovered before starting condenser replacement procedures. First remove the grille followed by disconnecting the discharge hose retaining nut and discharge hose from the condenser. After disconnecting the evaporator hose retaining nut you need to take off the evaporator hose from the condenser. The outside air temperature sensor's electrical connector should be disconnected followed by unbolting the outside air temperature bracket and removing the bracket. The removal process begins with bolt removal from the condenser retaining bolts then hose sealing washers followed by extracting the condenser. Close condenser fittings afterward. For condenser replacement start by pouring specified PAG oil directly into it before removing condenser fittings plugs to install new sealing washers. Position the condenser correctly before securing it with retaining bolts that match 9 N.m torque (80 lb in). After securing the outside air temperature bracket bolt you should connect the outside temperature sensor electrical cable. Secure the evaporator hose to the condenser by using the retaining nut followed by a 16 N.m (12 lb ft) torque setting. You must install the discharge hose to the condenser while slipping on the discharge hose nut followed by proper tightening to 16 N.m (12 lb ft).
