Vehicle elevation followed by support is required to replace the right Engine Mount. The
Starter along with the Engine Mount to frame mounting bolts need removal. You should not place the jack under the
Oil Pan or sheet metal or crankshaft balancer because these points will get damaged during support or raising of the engine. Position the jack by applying it to the square tab at the engine block rear and lift only sufficient to remove the Engine Mount. Clean up the work area by first unbolting the Engine Mount from its engine frame installation points and then pull out the Engine Mount from the vehicle. Secure the Engine Mount within the vehicle by using the engine mounting bolts while tightening them to 50 nm (37 ft. Lbs.). Lower the engine to install the Engine Mount by fitting it to the frame mounting bolts before securing them to 60 nm (44 ft. Lbs.). Finish the task by installing the Starter followed by lowering the vehicle.
