Disconnect the electrical connectors (3, 4) that belong to switches (2, 5) from the equipment and transfer the switch plate assembly off the automobile. Replace the switches from the plate when replacing only switches while keeping the switches for transfer when replacing only the switch plate. You should first install the switches (2, 5) to their respective positions on the switch plate followed by connecting electrical connectors (3, 4) to switches (2, 5). Set the switch plate assembly into the door trim panel by fastening it using two screws while tightening the front door switch plate screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).
