How to replace the lower ball joint on Chevrolet Classic?

Start the job by taking off the lower Control Arm and attaching it to a vise. Work with a 3 mm (1/8; inch) and a 13 mm (1/2 inch) drill to make three pilot holes in the riveted Ball Joint attachment to the lower Control Arm afterward complete the drilling process. Pull out the Ball Joint from the lower Control Arm using the Ball Joint separator tool (J 43828). Position the new Ball Joint into the Control Arm and keep to the fastener notice in service precautions. Follow the indicator from the Ball Joint kit installation sheet to place screws and nuts on the Ball Joint bolts then tighten them to Ball Joint kit measured values. Reinstall the lower Control Arm at the end of the process.
