You should start the fuel tank pressure sensor replacement by removing the fuel fill cap. The battery connection needs disconnection before removing the rear seat. First disconnect the fuel tank pressure (FTP) sensor electrical connector after removing the fuel sender assembly access cover. Separate the ftp from its position on the fuel sender assembly. Install the ftp sensor on the fuel sender assembly before connecting its electrical connector to it. Replace the rear seat before reinstalling both the fuel pump access cover and the rear seat. After completing the process connect the negative Battery Cable then replace the fuel fill cap.
