How to replace the rear bumper fascia on Chevrolet Aveo?

When replacing the rear Bumper fascia workers must begin by removing the rear wheels from the vehicle. Start by removing the screws which are attached to the mud guards before proceeding to unscrew the screws on the splash shields. Detach all screws found behind the fascia as well as nuts which are part of the rear Bumper energy absorber. First remove rear cargo area trim panels then move on to the bolts that are present in the luggage compartment. Start with removing exterior trim panels beneath taillamps followed by screws from under the taillamps and finally the screws of rear upper fascia to separate the fascia. Secure the fascia with the rear upper fascia screws and tighten them to 1.5 n.m (13 lb in). First fix the fascia screws beneath the taillamps before adding exterior trim panels beneath the taillamps with bolts at 10 n.m (89 lb in). Attach the bolts in the luggage compartment while tightening them to 5.5 n.m (49 lb in) before reinstalling the rear cargo area trim panels. Secure the nuts at the rear Bumper energy absorber to 27 n.m (20 lb ft) before installing screws behind the fascia with a torque of 5.5 n.m (49 lb in). Put the splash shields and mud guards into place through the installation of screws which should be tightened to 1.5 n.m (13 lb in). Install the rear wheels afterwards.
