How to Replace a Blower Motor (Visteon) on Chevrolet Avalanche 2500?

The first step for changing the visteon Blower Motor is to take off the sound insulator panel, disconnect its electrical connector , and then take out the screws keeping it in place. Then, take out the Blower Motor from inside the hvac module and keep the retainer removed from the Blower Motor wheel; afterwards, remove the wheel from the Blower Motor itself. During installation, put the Blower Motor wheel back onto the Blower Motor and fix it with the new retainer. Make sure to tighten the screws to 2 n.m (18 lb in) when you put the Blower Motor back in the hvac module. When you have finished, reconnect the electrical connector to the Blower Motor and secure the sound insulator panel back.
