How to replace the Trunk Lock Cylinder on Chevrolet Astro?

Begin the liftgate lock cylinder replacement by taking out the garnish molding. First untether the electrical connections before taking out the rear wiper unit from the liftgate. Pull out the lock cylinder retainer and lift the lock cylinder straight out from the liftgate. First install the new lock cylinder into the liftgate before putting on the lock cylinder retainer. Attach the rear Wiper Motor back to the liftgate while linking the electrical connection and mounting the liftgate garnish molding last.
