How to replace the front floor console cup holder on Cadillac SRX?

A technician must start by removing the Center Console followed by detaching the top trim before handling the front floor console Cup Holder. Use a screwdriver to extract the six retaining screws from the Cup Holder then take it out from the console. Place the Cup Holder onto the console before securing it with the instructions in the service precautions (Fastener Notice). Screw the Cup Holder into place with the 6 retaining screws which should be tightened to 2 n.m (9 lb in). Reinstall both the top trim and Center Console as the last installation step.
