The j 41240 Fan Clutch remover and installer (J 41240) allows you to install it onto the Fan Clutch before eliminating the Fan Blade which should rest face-down on a workbench. Detach Fan Clutch bolts which are located at the rear of the Fan Blade before separation of Fan Clutch from blade. Users must avoid using the cooling fan assembly when it is damaged because an unbalanced fan can result in injury hazards and property damages. Follow the procedure to fix the Fan Clutch bolts and join the Fan Clutch with the Fan Blade if required. Fasten the Fan Blade bolts with 23 nm (17 ft. Lbs. Torque) before adding the Fan Blade.
