First take out the left closeout/insulator panel and unplug the turn signal flasher from the upper instrument panel carrier assembly. After this disconnect the electrical connector and remove the turn signal flasher. Connect the flasher cable to its electrical socket then push the flasher into the instrument panel carrier slot until you can engage the retainer clip. After that reinstall the left panel cover.
