Installation requires new O-rings that received mineral oil 525 viscosity lubrication before positioning the evaporator tube while tightening its screw to 5 N.m (44 lb in). Install the evaporator access panel along with its screws by making sure the screws reach their proper seat without any stripping damage. First install vacuum solenoid/cutoff valve actuators before screwing them down until they are securely seated without being stripped. After connecting the actuator connectors, reinstall the LF floor air outlet, the evaporator tube extension bolt then tighten it to 20 N.m (15 lb ft). End the process after evacuating the A/C system and carrying out a leak test on all component fittings through J 39400-A.
