Begin replacement of the hazard lamp flasher by taking out the left IP closeout panel. Remove the signal/hazard warning flasher unit from its housing at the IP carrier then detach the electrical connector from the flasher. Connect the power connector to the turn signal/hazard warning flasher before you put the flasher on the IP carrier and the left panel.

Start replacement of the hazard and turn signal flasher by taking out the left instrument panel insulator then moving to the steering column filler panel and finally the I/P driver knee bolster bracket. Push the hazard and turn signal flasher to the right until it releases from the slots on the BCM bracket and pull off its electrical connector. Use the electrical connector to attach the hazard and turn signal flasher. Then put the flasher vertical on the BCM bracket and push to the left to install the flasher tabs into the bracket's slots. Reinstall the knee bolster bracket to secure the I/P driver area and attach the steering panel frame before fitting the steering panel cover.
