Take out the trim panel fully while pressing on its tabs then disconnect all electrical connectors of the auxiliary blower motor and other related modules. Disassemble the auxiliary blower motor installation by removing its mounting screws and pulling it out from the blower motor unit. Place the auxiliary blower motor inside the housing and fasten it using the mounting screws while applying torque of 1.6 N.m (14 lb in). Connect the auxiliary air temperature actuator cables and attach electrical wires for the auxiliary blower motor resistor and motor. Press the trim panel into the mounting tabs until it fits securely and connect the cover afterward while tightening the screws to 2.5 N.m (22 lb in). Finally, reinstall the accessory panel.
