To replace the generator, first, disconnect the negative cable of the battery and disconnect the windshield wiper transmission link and place it aside. Perform a 360-degree turn of the engine, then remove the driveblelt. Detach the generator battery positive terminal and the regulator electrical connector, then remove the generator mounting nuts and bolts to get the generator out. For installing, locate the generator in its place and tighten the bolts to 50 n.m (37lb ft) and nuts to 30 n.m (22lb ft). Next , connect the drives belt generator battery also connect of the regulator electric connector , then re install the drive. Put the engine back to its normal place and tighten the engine mount strut bolts. Finally, repair the connection of the windshield wiper transmission and the negative Battery Cable.
