Start the process by rotating the cooling fan nut clockwise until it loosens enough for removal and afterward pull out the cooling fan from its position in the shroud. Detach both electrical connectors to the cooling Fan Motor afterward loosen all screws that hold the cooling Fan Motor before pulling out the complete unit. The new cooling Fan Motor should be installed while securing its location with screws which need to be tightened to 6 nm (53 inch lbs.). First reinstall the cooling fan on the shroud and then connect back the electrical connector to the cooling Fan Motor. Install the cooling fan by turning the nut counterclockwise to 6 nm (53 inch lbs.) and put all shroud and fan components back together.
