Both front and rear side signal indicators can be found on the front panel. Front side also spanning the width and a bit below and to the right of the horn. Rear side at the base of the mast behind the seat by the left armrest. Take off the upper and lower trim covers, making sure to remember the connector exiting the abrasion sleeve on the steering column wire harness assembly, to be put back in to its place. Next, take off the wire harness assembly from the wire strap and remove the turn signal and multifunction switch assembly connector from the SIR system coil connector. Pull both connectors of turn signal and multifunction switch assembly out of the bulkhead connector . Remove the two pan head tapping screws and from the turn signal and multifunction switch assembly and take the assembly out from the steering column tilt head assembly. For installation, position turn signal and multifunction switch assembly onto the steering column tilt head assembly such that the electrical contact be on the turn signal cancel cam assembly. Fasten the assembly with the two pan head tapping screws , fasten the screw at the top 3 Nm (27 inch lbs), and at the side the screw 7 Nm (62 inch lbs). The two connectors of the turn signal, and multifunction switch assembly will be used to slide into the bulkhead connector and then the assembly connector to be connected with the SIR coil connector. Reinstall the sleeve of abrasion on the steering column wire harness assembly with proper positioning of the ignition lock cylinder case wires and connector. Lastly, install the wire harness assembly in the wire harness strap, reconnect the upper and lower trim covers, as well as enable the SIR system.
