Start the process by putting a flat bladed tool beneath the switch plate at its front edge then slowly move it upward to disengage from the door trim panel. Push the switch plate forward to unlock the rear retainer tabs and after that disconnect the electrical connector and remove the switch plate. Apply a small flat bladed tool to detach the switch plate while separate the window switch from its tabs and finish by removing the switch from the plate.
