You need to check the Crankshaft mating surfaces for burrs after the Flywheel removal. Perform cleaning examination on the engine Flywheel before performing its installation. During Flywheel installation the user should first tighten new bolts to a torque of 15 nm (11 ft. Lbs.) using j 45059 to proceed with an additional 50-degree bolt-tightening procedure. Use the j 8001 tool to check the Flywheel runout at the three attaching bosses while maintaining the Crankshaft end-play in one direction until measurements reach 0.381 mm (0.015 inch).
