How to replace the fuel level sensor on Buick LaCrosse?

Start the replacement of the Fuel Level Sensor by implementing forced air ventilation together with opening caps or plugs on the fuel system and cleaning all spilled fuel then using spark-free techniques and warning signs for the working area. Start the replacement by removing the fuel tank pump module which can be found at either (NT7) or (NU6). Two flat-bladed tools should be used to lift the level sensor by extending both locking tabs outward. Use a small tool to release the retaining tabs near the electrical terminals before carefully removing them from the sensor while checking for signs of bending that requires repositioning. To complete installation you should push electrical terminals inside their housing before slowly inserting the level sensor until the locking tabs lock into position. Reinstall the fuel tank pump module that is either nt7 or nu6.
