To replace the rear brake hose, the vehicle must be lifted and supported, then the rear tire and, wheel assembly picked out. Mounting a not kinked brake hose in the bracket with the hose fitting, align with the notch on the bracket, while mounting the weight of the vehicle upon the suspension. Fasten up now the retainer on the hose fitting at the bracket, and then take off the rubber cap or plug off from the brake pipe fitting end. Attach the brake pipe fitting to the brake hose and use a back up wrench to tighten to 15 nm (11 ft. Lbs.). Replace the rear tire and wheel assembly without the hose touch a suspension part. If it is, fix it. Lastly, bleed the hydraulic brake system and put down the car.
