    The first step toward A/C Orifice Tube replacement involves removal of air cleaner and duct assembly and subsequent removal of the cross vehicle brace when present. Perform a recovery of refrigerant then remove both the vacuum Brake Booster alongside the condenser tube. You can remove the A/C Orifice Tube with help from needle-nose pliers which need twisting and pushing movements to detach it. Check the tube for a cracked plastic frame alongside thinking about replacing it when you find a damaged or blocking inlet filter or a coated inlet filter present. I will clean the inlet filter by blowing it with low pressure shop air before discarding all o-ring seals from the tube. Put mineral base 525 viscosity refrigerant oil on new o-ring seals before putting the A/C Orifice Tube into the condenser tube by carefully holding the tube edge without touching the inlet filter (porous plastic). Attach the condenser tube followed by system evacuation and replacement along with a/c system leak inspection procedures. The final installation includes reinstallation of the cross vehicle brace if equipped together with the air cleaner and duct assembly.
