How to replace the exhaust heat shield on 2010 Chevrolet Corvette?

To replace the exhaust Muffler heat shield, the left or right exhaust Muffler must first be removed based on the procedures involved when removing a Muffler on either side. Next, drill out the rivets holding the heat shield, remove the washers and then the heat shield. For installation, place new heat shield and washers, and install new rivets. Lastly, reinstall the left or the right Muffler using procedures outlined for each side.
