    A: In order to replace the engine Coolant Temperature Sensor (ECT 2), disconnect the battery negative cable first. Drain the engine coolant, after which remove the ect 2 sensor connector, and the ect 2 sensor from the Radiator. For installation, firmly attach the ect 2 sensor to the Radiator, tightening it to 20 nm (15 lb ft), and re-attach the ect 2 sensor connector sunscreen. Top up the engine coolant and lastly join the battery negative cable.
