  A: The first step to replace the Auxiliary Inside Air Temperature Sensor Assembly requires removal of the third pillar molding. The installation process requires removal of left rear coat hooks if vehicles are equipped with them. Carefully lower the headliner off roof hook and loop retainers after you extract rear headliner retainers from front headliner. First disconnect the electrical connection from the inside air temperature sensor yet leave part of the auxiliary inside air temperature sensor attached to the headliner. First detach the sensor grille from the auxiliary inside air temperature sensor and afterward extract the auxiliary inside air temperature sensor from the headliner. Begin the installation by attaching the new sensor grille to the headliner then follow with the inside air temperature sensor installation between the headliner and the sensor grille.
