How to replace the MAP Sensor on 2010 Buick Lucerne?

To replace the Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor, first remove the intake manifold cover to replace it. Next, disconnect manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor electrical conn, and also if needed, remove the spark plug wire clip from the intake manifold bracket. Next, disconnect the upper intake manifold bolts and remove the MAP sensor and its bracket and lastly the MAP sensor seal on the upper intake manifold. For installation, install the MAP sensor seal into upper intake manifold then MAP sensor and bracket. Make sure you install the bolts for the upper intake manifold and tighten them up at an angle of 25 Nm (18 lb ft). Reinstall the spark plug wire clip to the intake manifold bracket, MAP sensor electrical connector, and lastly, install the intake manifold cover, if required.
