How to replace the Lash Adjusters on 2010 Buick Lucerne?

In order to swap the valve lifters, take out the lower intake manifold, the valve rocker arms and pushrods. Unscrew and disassemble the valve lifter guides/ lifters. Wipe all gasket areas, apply lifter prelube and install. Threadlock guide bolts and carefully put parts back in.
