How to Replace Automatic Transmission Shift Levers on 2009 GMC Yukon?

In order to change the shift lever, strip away the steering column shroud and peel back the shift lever seal in order to reveal the bolt. Dismay electrical connectors, remove the bolt and extract the shift lever. Install the new shift lever, reconnect the connectors, position the seal and re-install the shroud.
