How to replace the 4WD Actuator Encoder Motor on 2009 GMC Canyon?

In order to change the Transfer Case Encoder Motor, lift and hold the vehicle. Unattach the electrical connector and vent hose and loosen the mounting bolts and encoder motor including the O-ring seal. Grease the O-ring, fit it, position the encoder motor, and reconnect the electrical parts and then lower the vehicle.
