How to replace the Mechanical Fan Shroud Lower Section on 2009 Chevrolet Tahoe?

The first step to change the engine coolant fan lower shroud (Mechanical) requires removal of the Radiator based on either non-hp2 or hp2 model specifications. The next step requires removal of both Radiator clips while also taking out the oil cooler hose clip if the vehicle includes an Engine Oil Cooler from the lower Fan Shroud. Remove the shroud from the vehicle after performing this step. Align the lower Fan Shroud to the center position of the lower Radiator support before fastening the Radiator through its two clips. Installation of the Engine Oil Cooler requires attaching its hose clip to the lower Fan Shroud before carrying out Radiator replacement following non-hp2 or hp2 model-specific procedures.
